La Compagnie Théâtrale Bët est une organisation dédiée à la promotion et au développement de l’art théâtral en banlieue. Fondée en 2011, elle se distingue par son engagement à rendre le théâtre accessible à tous et à mettre en valeur les talents locaux.
La mission est de créer un espace où l’art du théâtre peut s’épanouir, en offrant aux artistes l’opportunité de s’exprimer et de se développer.
L’objectif est de promouvoir les arts du spectacle en organisant des représentations, des ateliers et des festivals ; d’encourager la diversité artistique en accueillant des auteurs et des acteurs de différents horizons et en proposant une variété d’œuvres ; et de sensibiliser aux valeurs morales et éthiques à travers des thèmes engageants et éducatifs tels que la droiture, l’honnêteté et le redressement des torts.
La Compagnie Théâtrale Bët produit et présente des pièces de théâtre sur des thèmes sociaux et culturels. Elle organise des ateliers pour former de jeunes talents et les initier à différentes techniques théâtrales. Elle promeut le festival RABAT (Rencontre des Artistes Banlieue Théâtre), un événement annuel qui réunit des artistes locaux et internationaux autour d’un thème stimulant. Elle est active dans des projets communautaires en collaborant avec des écoles, des associations et des institutions pour promouvoir l’art du théâtre et ses valeurs éducatives.
Nous pensons que le théâtre doit être accessible à tous, quels que soient les antécédents ou le statut socio-économique. Nous utilisons le théâtre comme un outil éducatif pour sensibiliser aux valeurs éthiques et morales. Nous célébrons la diversité culturelle et artistique, en offrant une plateforme à tous les talents.
Depuis sa création, la compagnie a organisé 8 festivals et événements culturels, formé et soutenu 30 artistes et jeunes talents, et présenté 12 pièces à un public varié et enthousiaste.

The aim is to promote the performing arts by organizing performances, workshops and festivals; to encourage artistic diversity by welcoming writers and actors from different backgrounds and offering a variety of works; and to raise awareness of moral and ethical values through engaging and educational themes such as righteousness, honesty and righting wrongs.
The Compagnie Théâtrale Bët produces and presents plays on social and cultural themes. It organizes workshops to train young talent and introduce them to different theatrical techniques. It promotes the RABAT festival (Rencontre des Artistes Banlieue Théâtre), an annual event that brings together local and international artists around a stimulating theme. It is active in community projects, working with schools, associations and institutions to promote the art of theatre and its educational values.
We believe that theatre should be accessible to everyone, regardless of background or socio-economic status. We use theatre as an educational tool to raise awareness of ethical and moral values. We celebrate cultural and artistic diversity, providing a platform for all talents.
